56.3. A medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist who carries on his professional activities within a partnership or joint-stock company shall take reasonable measures to ensure that every document filed within the practice of his profession and issued by the partnership or joint-stock company is identified with the name of a medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist.
